MY BACKGROUND

I started skating as soon as I could walk. I played competitive hockey for many years during my childhood. I use to be a party guy during my teenage years. When my sister got into a car accident it changed everything for me. At 19 year old, I discovered weight training and it changed my life. For that reason, I decided to embark on a journey to inspire others to improve themselves physically and mentally. To inspire them to become their best self.

MY TRAINING SPLIT

I like to switch things and sometimes I do strength training while other times I also like more bodybuilding style workouts but usually it would be this:

Monday: Legs

Tuesday: Back, biceps and calves

Wednesday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Thursday: Leg and calves

Friday: Back, Biceps, Calves

Saturday: Yoga or light activity

I train abs often and usually do circuits at the end of my workouts.

WHAT'S IN MY GYM BAG?

Many things are in my gym bag, a lever or prong Rise belt, Premium grips, wrist wraps, a notebook and a pen to write down my workout and weight, an organic deodorant, a towel and outfit change if I go in for a sauna session.

MY FAVOURITE FOOD

I really love Oreo ice cream but I don’t eat it very often.

FUN FACT ABOUT ME

When I was younger I hated being dirty. I would change up my clothes up to 3 times.

I’m also a geek, I auto-taught myself coding, I love learning about new tech.
