MY BACKGROUND

When I was younger, my dad would play hockey with me and I would love the gym classes I had in school. In high school, I discovered I loved team sports and started playing basketball, soccer and flag-football. I also started training in my school gym with light weights, I was very skinny and wanted to become fit. Sports always been a way for me to push my limits, reduce my stress and live to the max. When I discovered bodybuilding in 2012, I started doing bikini competitions, I competed many times and even won a National show. Now, I train to stay healthy and become the best version of myself.

WHAT'S IN MY GYM BAG?

I don’t have a gym bag but I bring my small backpack purse. It has an elastic band, my neoprene belt, an organic chemical free deodorant, my shaker bottle with BCAA's and that’s pretty much it.

MY TRAINING SPLIT

I don't really have a training split but I try to be active every day. I train in the gym 4 times a week and do yoga whenever I can. I also walk a lot outside.

MY FAVOURITE FOOD

I love sushi and poke bowl! For healthier food, I’m obsessed with raspberries and mangoes.

I’m the clumsiest human ever, I fall, hurt myself, break things. I don’t even get worried about it anymore because it happens so often.

I’m also an animal lover and especially a dog lover and I want to pet every single dog I see on the streets.
